What does a real estate CRM cost in the UAE?
Four line items, and the first two are published here in full. A brokerage typically spends AED 999 to 5,999 on setup, AED 364 to 731 a month on the Bitrix24 plan, and then adds portal integration and applications sized to its team.

1. Bitrix24 plans
Bitrix24 pricing is flat per organisation with a user limit, not per agent. A brokerage with 40 agents on Standard pays the same as one with 10 agents on Standard. Most UAE brokerages sit on Professional, because sales automation, call tracking and the HR tools are the features a brokerage with a sales floor actually uses.
There are two cloud families and one on-premise option.
Cloud: Essentials
The standing product line. Annual billing saves around 30%.

For a brokerage, Vibe+ matters if you want custom applications built without code, or unlimited AI on call transcripts, lead summaries and follow-up drafting. If you do not, Essentials Professional is the better value.

A one-time licence for running Bitrix24 on your own server, with full source-code access. Includes 12 months of updates and technical support. Renewal is 50% of the licence price per year.

The AED 5,999 On-Premise setup package below is VortexWeb's configuration and installation work. It does not include the Bitrix24 licence, which starts at AED 13,184 for 50 agents. A brokerage going on-premise for 50 agents pays roughly AED 19,183 in year one and around AED 6,592 a year in licence renewal after that. We state this plainly because a quote that arrives three times larger than the website figure ends the conversation.
Most UAE brokerages should be on cloud. On-premise is for data-residency requirements, an existing server estate, or deep source-code customisation.
Bitrix24 sets these prices in USD and changes them periodically. AED figures are converted at the fixed peg of 3.6725 and are indicative; the invoiced amount is confirmed at quote. All figures exclude 5% VAT.

Which setup package does a brokerage need?

3. Portal and system integrations
Property Finder, Bayut and dubizzle connections sit outside the setup packages. So do DNCR filtration, telephony, biometric attendance, accounting, e-signature and any line-of-business system.
Integrations are priced per connection because the work varies: a single portal feed is not the same job as three portals with two-way listing sync, and a DNCR check on import is not the same build as a real-time check before every dial.
What is already covered: Meta, Google Ads and website forms in every package, and WhatsApp on Advanced and above. PropBridge, for portal leads in, has published pricing from free.
4. Real estate applications
A growing range of applications built for UAE brokerages. Most start with two or three and add more as the team grows.

What is not in any package?
