Vortex Rank

Vortex Rank is the sales leaderboard for a UAE brokerage floor, built to run on a screen in the office. Seven boards rotate through the day: top revenue, deals closed, most calls, best conversion, most call minutes, most listings and most meetings, each naming an Agent of the Moment and ranking every agent live from Bitrix24. A ticker along the bottom carries the manager's message to the floor. Nothing to maintain, nothing to dispute.

What is Vortex Rank?

Vortex Rank is a live display application that takes the activity and results already inside your Bitrix24 and puts them on a wall where the whole floor can see them, board by board, updating as deals close and calls end.

Most brokerage leaderboards are a whiteboard or a spreadsheet somebody updates on Sundays, which means they are always slightly wrong and always slightly out of date. Somebody maintains them, somebody disputes them, and the effect on the floor fades because nobody fully believes the numbers. Vortex Rank reads the CRM directly. The board and the pipeline are the same data, and it says Live Data in the corner because it is.

What does Vortex Rank rank?

Seven things, one board each, so the leaderboard rewards the work as well as the result.

Who has closed the most value in the period.

How does the display work?

The seven boards rotate automatically on the screen, or a manager steps through them with the arrows. Each board has the same shape.

The leader on that board, with their photo, name and figure, crowned at the top.

What happens when you tap an agent?

Their profile opens with all seven numbers on one card: revenue, deals closed, calls with connected and missed, conversion, listings, call minutes and meetings, for the period the board is set to.

Beneath it sits a Manager's Note, a line from the manager to that agent. Keep pushing, review your calls and conversion rates, that kind of thing. It is the same profile whether the tap happens on the wall screen or on a manager's laptop.

Where does the leaderboard appear?

On an office screen, for the whole floor. That is what Vortex Rank is for.

A ranking also exists inside Vortex Pulse, where each agent sees their own row marked on their home screen, inside Vortex Team, where a manager sees their team, and inside Vortex HQ, where the owner sees every agent by quarter. Those are private views, one login each, and they rank by commission. Vortex Rank is the shared one, with seven boards instead of one, built so the ranking is a fact of the room rather than a page someone has to open.

Should every brokerage run a leaderboard?

Not necessarily, and it is worth deciding deliberately.

A leaderboard works when your commission structure and lead distribution are seen as fair. Where lead quality varies significantly between agents, a public revenue ranking amplifies that resentment rather than performance. This is one reason Vortex Rank runs seven boards rather than one: an agent who did not get the best portal leads this month can still top the calls board, the meetings board or the listings board, and the floor sees it.

If lead distribution is the underlying issue, PropBridge for live portal routing and Vortex Route for bulk distribution are the better first purchases. Fix the fairness, then put up the board.

How does Vortex Rank fit with the other dashboards?

The three dashboards are private views. Vortex Rank is the public one.

shows an agent their own work, plus a commission ranking on their home screen. Vortex Team shows a manager their own agents, plus the ranking. Vortex HQ shows the owner a full agent ranking by month, quarter and year with the figures behind it. Vortex Rank takes the same data, adds six more boards, and puts it on the wall.

How is Vortex Rank priced?

Fixed price, not per agent. Choose one-time, quarterly or yearly. Deployed and configured by VortexWeb inside your Bitrix24, with the boards, rotation, default period and ticker messages set to how the brokerage wants to run it.
