Vortex Propunit
Vortex Propunit is a searchable property inventory for UAE brokerages, inside Bitrix24. An agent with a client on the phone filters live stock by location, price, area, beds, baths, unit type, status and offering type, opens the matching unit, downloads the brochure, and calls or WhatsApps the listing owner, without leaving the CRM or asking in a group chat.

What is Vortex Propunit?
Vortex Propunit is the inventory management screen for a brokerage: every unit the company has available, searchable in one place, with the details an agent needs to answer a client and the contact details of the agent who owns the listing.
The problem it solves is the question every agent asks ten times a day: what do we have that fits this client. In most brokerages the answer lives in a WhatsApp group, a shared spreadsheet and three phone calls to colleagues. By the time the agent has it, the client has moved on. Propunit turns the question into a search that takes seconds.
How does an agent search inventory in Vortex Propunit?
By any combination of location or reference, area range, price range, listing owner, beds, baths, unit type, status, offering type and project status, with results updating on search and a reset to start again.
A client wants a furnished one-bedroom near a metro station under AED 70,000 a year. The agent types the area, sets the price range, picks one bed and rent, and sees every matching unit the brokerage has live, with the photos, the price, the size, the description and the status on the card.
The filters are the ones a UAE brokerage actually uses. Area in square feet. Price in AED. Offering type for sale or rent. Project status for ready or off-plan. Listing owner, so an agent can find a colleague's stock as easily as their own.
What does a unit card show?
Everything needed to describe the property to a client and to reach the agent who owns it.
, as a carousel, with the sale or rent badge. Price in AED, unit type, beds, baths and area in square feet. Description and readiness status. Portal references for Property Finder and Bayut, with the community and location as each portal lists it, so the agent can cross-check what is published without opening a portal. Brochure download, straight from the card. Listing owner by name, with call and WhatsApp buttons. Published status, so an agent knows whether the unit is live before promising it.
Can agents send a unit to a client?
Yes. Every unit carries a brochure that downloads from the card, so an agent sends a client a property document from the search result without building anything or asking marketing.
The brochure carries the listing's photos, details and price. For brokerages running Vortex PropList, the same listing record generates the brochure, so what the client receives matches what is on the portals.
Can agents reach the listing owner directly?
Yes. Call and WhatsApp actions sit on the unit card with the listing owner named. An agent who finds a match for their client reaches the owning agent in one tap rather than asking in a group chat and waiting.
This is the part of Propunit that changes how a floor works. Internal deals, where one agent's client buys another agent's listing, stop depending on who happens to be in the office.
Is Vortex Propunit the same as Vortex PropList?
No, and most brokerages run both.
is inbound to the agent. A client is in front of them and they need to find matching stock.
is outbound to the market. A listing needs to reach Property Finder, Bayut, dubizzle and the website with a valid permit, and the leads need to come back into the CRM.
One answers "what do I have for this client". The other answers "get this live and keep it compliant". Propunit reads the inventory that PropList publishes, so a unit is entered once and searchable everywhere.
Who is Vortex Propunit for?
Any brokerage with more stock than one person can hold in their head, which is most brokerages past ten agents.
It matters most where agents work across each other's listings: secondary sales teams, leasing teams handling high enquiry volume, and multi-office brokerages where an agent in one office does not know what the other office has.
How is Vortex Propunit priced?
Fixed price, not per agent. Choose one-time, quarterly or yearly. Deployed and configured by VortexWeb inside your Bitrix24.
