Real Estate Applications

VortexWeb builds applications for UAE real estate brokerages, all running inside Bitrix24 and deployed by our team rather than self-installed. Each one started as a problem a brokerage paid us to solve and was used inside client portals before being productised. The range keeps growing.

What are VortexWeb's real estate applications?

VortexWeb's real estate applications are purpose-built tools that run inside Bitrix24 and handle the parts of a UAE brokerage that no CRM covers out of the box: portal syndication with permit compliance, inventory search, bulk lead distribution, role-based dashboards, leaderboards and HR.

They are not marketplace apps. Portal connections, Trakheesi rules, commission structures and reporting hierarchies differ for every brokerage, so each application is deployed and configured by VortexWeb against how your brokerage actually works. That is also why they are quoted per brokerage rather than sold at a list price, with one exception: Vortex PropList has published pricing.

What does each application do?

Vortex PropList

List a property once in Bitrix24 and publish it to Property Finder, Bayut, dubizzle and your website in one go, instead of creating it again on every portal. Enquiries from all of them come back into the CRM against the right property, and the whole lifecycle is managed in Bitrix24. Runs inside Bitrix24 or as a standalone platform connected to it. From AED 799 a month. Vortex PropList

Vortex Propunit

Searchable property inventory. Filter live stock by location, price, area, beds, unit type and status, see the portal references, pull a brochure, reach the listing owner, without leaving Bitrix24. Vortex Propunit

Vortex Route

Bulk lead distribution. Upload a CSV of leads, choose the agent and the Bitrix24 pool, and every lead lands owned. Or assign the next 50 unassigned leads to an agent in one click. Deduplicated on import. Built for brokerages that buy or inherit lead lists. Vortex Route

Vortex HQ

The management dashboard. Units sold, sold value, gross and net commission, payment received and receivable, developers ranked by value, lead sources by closed revenue, agent ranking by quarter, months since each agent last closed, the org chart, pipeline health and missed leads with one-click follow-up. Eight modules, live from Bitrix24. Vortex HQ

Vortex Pulse

The agent workspace. Each agent's own target, floor ranking, leads, pipeline board, tasks, meetings, calls, closings, earnings, goals and report card, self-serve inside Bitrix24. Vortex Pulse

Vortex Team

The manager dashboard. Targets versus actuals per agent, leads not updated, team pipeline board, tasks, meetings, closings and attendance, scoped to the manager's own agents, with the manager's own book alongside on a My and Team toggle. Vortex Team

Vortex Rank

The live leaderboard for the office screen. Seven rotating boards, top revenue, deals closed, most calls, best conversion, most call minutes, most listings and most meetings, each with an Agent of the Moment and a ticker for the manager's message to the floor. Vortex Rank

Vortex HR

The full HR platform for a brokerage: recruit, offer, onboard, manage and offboard agents, with RERA tracking, commission-split offers, NOCs, salary certificates, leave, time clock, training, approvals, attendance reporting and payroll deductions inside Bitrix24. Vortex HR

Which applications should a brokerage start with?

Most start with Vortex PropList and Vortex Propunit, because listing compliance and inventory search are where the largest risk and the largest daily friction sit. Brokerages buying lead databases add Vortex Route immediately.

usually follows, because agent visibility is what drives adoption of the CRM itself. Agents enter data consistently when they can see something useful come back.

Management dashboards come later. There is no value in reporting on data your team is not yet entering consistently. Vortex Team and Vortex HQ are worth deploying once the pipeline is trustworthy, and Vortex Rank once lead distribution is seen as fair.

How are the real estate applications priced?

Vortex PropList has published pricing from AED 799 a month with a one-time setup of AED 3,000. The others are fixed-price, not per agent, with one-time, quarterly and yearly options, and are quoted on request.

Do the real estate applications require Bitrix24?

Yes. All of them run inside Bitrix24 and use its data. Vortex PropList also runs as a standalone platform connected to Bitrix24, with every lead delivered into the CRM either way. They are not marketplace installs; VortexWeb deploys and configures each one.

For portal leads in, PropBridge on the Bitrix24 marketplace is self-install and free for up to 10 leads a month. For applications that work without Bitrix24 at all, Vortex Suite is the line: Vortex People, Vortex LMS and Vortex Post, launching soon.

Frequently asked questions

No. They are deployed and configured by VortexWeb for each brokerage, because portal connections, Trakheesi rules and commission structures differ for every business. PropBridge, for portal leads in, is the exception and is on the marketplace with a free tier.
