Pricing
Working with VortexWeb has two costs: the platform, if there is one, and the work. For Bitrix24 that is the plan from USD 49 per month billed annually, and implementation from USD 500 for a starter configuration to USD 15,000 for a full build. Custom software and web development are quoted per project against a written scope. VortexWeb quotes platform, work and applications together on one invoice, and every project is priced exactly after a free 45-minute audit.

1. How much does Bitrix24 itself cost?
Bitrix24 pricing is flat per organisation with a user limit, not per seat. Adding users inside your plan limit costs nothing extra, which is why a 40-person team on Standard pays the same as a 10-person team on Standard.
There are two cloud families and one on-premise option.
Cloud: Essentials
The standing product line. Annual billing saves around 30%.

2. How much does a Bitrix24 implementation cost?
A Bitrix24 implementation costs USD 500 to 3,000 for a starter configuration, USD 2,000 to 15,000 for a full implementation, and from USD 7,000 for enterprise or custom platforms.
| Starter configuration | Full implementation | Enterprise / custom | |

Starter suits a single sales team getting its first structured CRM. Full implementation suits businesses with multiple lead sources, integrations and existing data. Enterprise suits multi-department rollouts, on-premise requirements and custom platform builds.
What determines the implementation price?
Four factors, in order of impact: integrations, data, automation depth, and team size.
Each connected system, whether WhatsApp, telephony, portals, payment gateways or custom APIs, adds scoped build and testing work. This is the biggest variable.
Importing 2,000 clean contacts is trivial. Migrating five years of deals from another CRM with custom field mapping is a project.
Simple stage-based tasks versus conditional, multi-branch logic across departments.
More roles means more permission design and more training sessions.
What does not move the number: asking questions, revision rounds within the approved blueprint, or the 90-day monitoring period. Those are included.
3. How is custom software and web development priced?
Per project, against a written specification approved before any code, so the number you approve is the number you pay unless the scope changes.
What moves the price: the number of screens and user roles, the number and complexity of integrations, whether it is single-tenant or multi-tenant, and how much existing data has to be migrated in. Applications are hosted and maintained by VortexWeb under licence.
What moves the price: the number of page templates, custom functionality such as search, checkout, portals or booking, the number of integrations, and whether content is supplied or produced. Websites are delivered outright.
Both start with the free audit and a written scope.
4. How are VortexWeb applications priced?
Each application publishes its own pricing on its page. Several have free tiers.
SpotClock is free for up to 5 employees, then USD 15 and USD 39 a month per portal. OnboardX is free for up to 3 journeys, then USD 7 and USD 15 a month per portal. CleanScan is free. PropBridge is free for up to 10 leads a month, then AED 99, 249 and 499 a month. ZIWOCONNECT pricing sits with the ZIWO listing.
Vortex PropList from AED 799 a month with a one-time setup of AED 3,000. The others are fixed-price, not per agent, with one-time, quarterly and yearly options, quoted on request.
Standalone products, launching soon. Pricing published at launch.
What does ongoing support cost?
An AMC retainer, sized to your system: users, integrations, custom development, cloud or on-premise. Quoted with your implementation so there are no surprises in month four.
Every implementation includes 90 days of monitoring at no extra cost. After that, an AMC carries a published SLA: one business hour response on critical incidents, unlimited configuration requests, and a dedicated account manager. Commitment terms run monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual, with the price per month falling as the term lengthens.
Frequently asked questions
Most businesses invest USD 500 to 3,000 for a starter configuration or USD 2,000 to 15,000 for a full implementation, plus the Bitrix24 plan from USD 49 per month billed annually. Enterprise platforms start from USD 7,000. The exact figure is fixed after a free audit.
Bitrix24 Basic is USD 49 per month billed annually for 5 users, which is USD 588 for the year. Standard is USD 99 per month for 50 users, or USD 1,188 a year. Pricing is flat per organisation rather than per seat, so adding users within your plan limit costs nothing extra.
Vibe+ includes everything in the equivalent Essentials plan and adds the Vibecode app builder, unlimited Marketplace apps and REST API, and unlimited AI inside Bitrix24. It costs roughly 20% more. Choose Vibe+ if you want to build custom apps without code or use AI heavily; otherwise Essentials is better value.
Cloud for almost everyone. On-premise makes sense when you have data-residency requirements, an existing server estate, or need source-code level customisation. On-premise is a one-time licence from USD 3,590 for 50 users, renewed at 50% a year, plus VortexWeb's separate implementation.
No. The quoted implementation price covers architecture, configuration, integrations within scope, training and 90 days of monitoring. The Bitrix24 plan appears as its own line on the same invoice, and VortexWeb tells you the exact figure before you commit.
Because implementation scope varies with integrations, data volume, automation depth and team size. Ranges show where projects genuinely land. After the free audit you receive a fixed quote against a documented blueprint.

No. The 45-minute audit is free and carries no obligation. You leave with a diagnosis of your current workflow, a recommendation on scope and plan tier, and a fixed quote. If self-implementation is genuinely your best option, VortexWeb says so.
No. VortexWeb quotes Bitrix24 plans, implementation and applications together. One quote, one invoice. You keep full ownership of your Bitrix24 account.
