What is CleanScan?
CleanScan is a CRM data quality scanner that runs inside Bitrix24, reads your leads, deals, contacts and companies, and reports what is wrong with them without changing a single record.
Every CRM accumulates the same problems: two entries for the same person because two people typed them, contacts with no phone or email that cannot be worked, deals untouched for months, and records still owned by someone who left last year. CleanScan installs from the Bitrix24 Marketplace, runs a scan in minutes, and gives you a report you can act on or hand to someone who will.
Search CleanScan and install. Requires CRM administrator rights. The app is granted read-only CRM access.
Open CleanScan from the Bitrix24 left menu and click Scan. It reads leads, deals, contacts and companies through the REST API. A typical scan takes a few minutes.
See your health score and a categorised list of findings. Re-run any time to track improvement, or book a cleanup and VortexWeb fixes it for you.
