Bitrix24 Marketplace Apps
VortexWeb builds applications that extend Bitrix24, published on the official Bitrix24 marketplace and installable into any Bitrix24 portal in under five minutes. Each one started as a problem a client paid us to solve, and new apps are added as we productise more of them. Built and maintained by the same team that delivers implementations, with free tiers on several.

What is a Bitrix24 marketplace app?
A Bitrix24 marketplace app is an application published on Bitrix24's official app store that installs directly into a Bitrix24 portal and extends what the platform does, without custom development or a separate system.
The marketplace is where businesses go for capability Bitrix24 does not ship with: attendance tracking, onboarding workflows, data quality tools, telephony connectors, industry-specific integrations. An app installs in minutes, runs inside the portal your team already uses, and is maintained by its publisher rather than by you.
VortexWeb publishes its own apps there and builds them for other software vendors.
What apps does VortexWeb publish on the Bitrix24 marketplace?
VortexWeb publishes apps for attendance, onboarding, CRM data quality, telephony and property portal leads, with more in development.

How does a VortexWeb app get built?
Every VortexWeb marketplace app started as a custom build for one client, was used inside that client's portal, and was productised only after the same problem showed up at a second and third business.
That is why each app solves a specific, recurring operational problem rather than a general one. SpotClock exists because businesses kept asking for attendance inside Bitrix24 rather than in a separate system. CleanScan exists because every migration audit found the same data problems. PropBridge exists because every Dubai brokerage was retyping portal enquiries by hand.
The apps are built and maintained by the same engineering team that delivers client implementations, which means the person who fixes a bug in SpotClock is the person who built it.
Which VortexWeb app should a business install first?
Start with what is free and diagnostic. CleanScan tells you the state of your CRM data in minutes and costs nothing. From there, the app that fits depends on the problem.
| The problem | The app |
|---|---|
| Nobody trusts the CRM data | CleanScan |
| Attendance is tracked in a separate system, or not at all | SpotClock |
| New hires take weeks to become productive | OnboardX |
| Calls happen and nobody logs them | ZIWOCONNECT |
| Portal enquiries arrive as email and get retyped | PropBridge |
Several of these have free tiers, so trying one costs nothing but the five minutes to install it.
Does VortexWeb build marketplace apps for other companies?
Yes. VortexWeb develops Bitrix24 marketplace apps for software vendors who want their product inside Bitrix24 without building a Bitrix24 team.
That covers the full lifecycle: REST API and D7 development, marketplace listing compliance, publishing, and ongoing maintenance when Bitrix24 or the vendor's own platform changes. ZIWOCONNECT is the example: built by VortexWeb for ZIWO, published under ZIWO's listing, maintained by VortexWeb.
If you run a SaaS, telephony, payments or data product and want a supported Bitrix24 integration carrying your name, that is a scoped project under Bitrix24 customisation.
What about apps for real estate, or apps without Bitrix24?
VortexWeb builds two other families that are not on the marketplace.
are deployed and configured by VortexWeb for UAE brokerages rather than self-installed, because portal connections, Trakheesi permit rules and commission structures differ for every brokerage. Vortex PropList, Vortex Propunit, Vortex Route and the dashboards.
runs without Bitrix24 at all. Vortex People for HR, Vortex LMS for training and Vortex Post for content, launching soon.
