About VortexWeb
VortexWeb builds software products and technology solutions that simplify how businesses operate. Founded in 2021 and headquartered at Meydan Grandstand in Dubai, with offices in Noida and Auckland, VortexWeb builds standalone business applications, custom software and web platforms to specification, and implements business systems including Bitrix24 as a Gold Partner. 460+ projects across 32+ countries. 94% client retention. A team of 25+.
What does VortexWeb do?
VortexWeb works in two ways, and they feed each other.
, VortexWeb builds and continuously expands its own portfolio of business applications. Products are available on the Bitrix24 Marketplace, purpose-built for the UAE real estate industry, and developed as standalone solutions under Vortex Suite. New applications in all three lines are in development.
, VortexWeb builds custom software and web platforms to a client's specification, and implements and supports the business platforms companies already run on. Bitrix24 is the deepest platform as a Gold Partner, alongside monday.com, Kommo, Pipedrive and Asana as certified partners.
Client projects show VortexWeb which problems repeat. Products are those repeating problems, solved once, properly. Every application VortexWeb sells started as something a client paid to have built.
Where does VortexWeb operate?
Three offices, one primary market, clients on four continents.
Meydan Grandstand. Headquarters and primary market.
1713, Tower C, Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90. Engineering and delivery.
Quay Street, Auckland Central.
The UAE is the primary market. India and the wider GCC are secondary markets. Clients in 32+ countries work with VortexWeb remotely from all three offices, which between them cover GCC, Indian and Pacific working hours.
Which platforms and technologies does VortexWeb work with?
Twenty-six certified partnerships, with Bitrix24 as a Gold Partner and the Property Finder Developer Network at the centre, plus monday.com, Kommo, Pipedrive, Asana, AWS, Google Cloud, Wazzup, ZIWO and others across CRM, cloud, messaging, telephony, email, payments, documents and automation.
Vortex Suite products run independently of any platform. Custom software is built to specification and hosted by VortexWeb under licence.
What does VortexWeb believe about software?
That most businesses do not need custom software, and the ones that do should not have to staff it.
Roughly four in five requests VortexWeb receives for custom development are already possible through configuration of a platform the business owns or could licence. VortexWeb says so before quoting a build, because a company that only sells development hours has an incentive to recommend development, and VortexWeb has products to sell instead.
The one in five that genuinely needs building gets built properly, hosted and maintained by VortexWeb, so the client never has to hire an engineering team to keep it running.
And every system, platform or custom, is measured on one thing: whether the people it was built for actually use it. That is why every implementation includes 90 days of monitoring, why training is delivered by role, and why the agent dashboard is built before the management dashboard.
What is it like to work at VortexWeb?
Engineers, consultants, sales and operations across Dubai and Noida, working on client systems and VortexWeb's own products in the same week. Roles are work-from-office with defined growth paths and funded certifications.
